Features
Everything SpruLight helps you keep track of.
SpruLight follows your miniatures from collection through assembly, painting and the finished shelf.
Collection
Start with what you own.
-
Built-in catalog
Add the box sets you own from the catalog for StarCraft: The Miniatures Game. No typing in models by hand.
-
Models created for you
SpruLight creates the units and the individual models in each box, numbered unit by unit.
-
Boxes or factions
Browse your collection box by box, or switch to factions and see it from that side.
-
Choose what you're working on
Start building a box and it appears in the Atelier. The boxes you aren't working on stay out of the way.
Atelier
Your active workbench.
-
Only what's active
The Atelier shows the boxes you're working on, and nothing else.
-
A row per unit, a tile per model
Tap a tile to open the model and start work from there.
-
Rings that show progress
One half of the ring is assembly, the other half is painting. An outline means in progress, solid means done.
-
Running work stays visible
While a timer runs, its tile is marked and a Session row at the top takes you straight back to it.
Tracking
Track the work, not just the result.
Assembly
-
Timed per model
Start assembly from a model and a clock runs while you work. Every model keeps its own time.
-
Pause, resume or stop
Pause when you step away. Stop saves the time without completing the stage.
-
Finish when it's built
Finish saves the time and marks the model assembled.
Individual painting
-
One model at a time
Start a painting session on a model, pause and resume as you go, and finish when it's painted.
-
Its own time
Painting time is tracked separately from assembly, for every model.
-
Add time by hand
Forgot to start the timer? Add the time yourself.
Batch painting
-
Pick the models that are ready
In Batch Paint, select the assembled models you're about to paint, or a whole unit at once.
-
One shared session
Start a single painting session for all of them. The time is divided equally between the models.
-
Write once, add to all
One journal entry and one paint selection apply to every model in the batch.
Journal
Keep the story, not just the status.
-
Notes and photos
Add a note, photos or both to any model. Take a photo or choose one from your library.
-
Tagged by stage
Every entry belongs to the stage you were on, assembly or painting.
-
A history per model
Open a model to read its entries, the paints used and every recorded session in one place.
-
A journal across everything
The Journal tab lists entries newest first, by day. Search it, filter by stage, faction, box or unit, or show only entries with photos.
